QCO is by far the best bailiff firm ever!

I only used them for 2 mandates.

I had a tenant that owed me 10 months of rent and started the proceedings to a legal eviction. The bailiff Mehran convinced the tenant to leave the apartment before incurring any additional fees. Unreal!

I also had a company in the downtown area that owed me $16,900 and I needed to serve a simple legal letter. I don’t know what Mr. Cardazzi did but I received an e-transfer the next morning.

I’m still in shock with the service. I recommend them to all!

Excllent Job. The most efficient bailiff I once met, I won the lawsuit on Oct. 3, 2025, and apply for the execution this Bailiffs Company second day.They told me that they discovered and held the bank money of the lawsuit defendent on Oct.16. I got all the money (bank cheque) on Dec. 9.
Thanks Ms. Cludia and Bailiff Kevin Cardazzi.I will recommend them to everyone.
